A 1:1 session at Mandala Art and Soul is a unique opportunity for you to work individually on your personal themes, challenge your creativity, or find direction in life. Each session is tailored to your needs and situation \u2013 whether you choose a single meeting or a longer series.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The mandala as the focal point<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In all sessions, the mandala serves as the central focus. During our time together, we either observe or create mandalas, using them as a shared creative object that opens the door to reflection and deeper conversation. Rather than simply talking face to face, the mandala invites the subconscious into the process, creating space for new insights and perspectives.

How a session unfolds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Varighed<\/strong>: A session typically lasts 1.5\u20132 hours, allowing time for both immersion and transformation.

Introduction<\/strong>: We begin with a short centering exercise to help you arrive and become present in the space.

Creative exploration<\/strong>: We then work with the mandala \u2013 either by creating or engaging with it \u2013 and allow dialogue to emerge naturally from the thoughts and feelings that arise.

Closing<\/strong>: We conclude with a short reflection, giving you the opportunity to take your artwork and insights home with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Materials and practical information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I provide all the materials I have available, but you are also welcome to bring your own. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable with the tools we use and that they support your creative process. Often, what feels right can vary from day to day.
